Arbors of Sendera is a 384-unit community in Kissimmee that has been offering one and two bedroom apartments for rent since 1987. The community converted from apartments to condominiums for sale in 2006. Manager Gail Hatfield has been a part of the community since 2006 and has called Kissimmee home since 1985. For residents' enjoyment, Arbors of Sendera includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, lighted tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a walking/jogging trail, a car care center, and a laundry room.
Student residents of Arbors of Sendera attend Kissimmee Elementary School, Kissimmee Middle School, and Osceola High School. Arbors of Sendera is a proud sponsor of Kissimmee Elementary School.
The community is conveniently located across the street from the Plaza Del Sol mall which also houses Northbridge University's Kissimmee Campus.

Christina was raised in St. Cloud and holds degrees from the University of South Florida and the University of Central Florida. She joined the Chamber in April 2015. As Director of Administration, she manages the Area Council’s events, sub-committee meetings, projects, and board engagements.
