The mission of Leadership Osceola County is to: Prepare, Inspire and Support Leadership for the Improved Future of Our Community.

Leadership Osceola County seeks individuals with the passion and potential to exercise substantial leadership in Osceola County. We strive to build a diverse class that reflects our community. Due to limited enrollment, not every applicant can be selected — if you are not chosen, you may reapply in a future year.

Complete this application thoroughly. All applicants must participate in an interview conducted by Leadership Osceola alumni. Final selections are based on the application score and interview.

Application Process

Complete and submit this application by October 9, 2026.
Participate in a required candidate interview with members from the Leadership Osceola selection committee.
Upon acceptance, complete the program participant agreement, consent, and release.
Pay tuition in full by Orientation.
Engage actively in all program sessions.
Celebrate graduation and join the Leadership Osceola alumni network.

TUITION

Tuition is $3,000 (Chamber members) or $4,000 (non-members), due upon acceptance and paid in full by Orientation.

Scholarship Request (optional)I am requesting a scholarship and will send a letter of request to sring@theosceolachamber.com. I understand that scholarships are limited to non-profit, small business, and/or special-status (minority, veteran, or woman-owned business) representatives, and that my request may not be fulfilled.
