From the very first cheerful “Hello!” to the hugs at pick-up, every moment at The Learning Experience® (TLE) Davenport Loughman is designed to inspire children, support families, and cultivate a lifelong love of learning. This early education center is more than a daycare—it’s a community where little learners thrive and grow in a safe, nurturing, and joy-filled environment.
Where Happy Happens Every Day
The Learning Experience has built a national reputation for its vibrant, welcoming centers and its innovative, proprietary curriculum designed for children ages six weeks to five years old. That reputation comes to life through passionate educators, purpose-built classrooms, and a commitment to providing the very best early childhood education experience for families.
Led by dedicated center leadership and a team of highly trained educators, TLE provides an environment where children feel loved, supported, and excited to learn. Every day, little learners will participate in activities that develop social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills—all while having fun! Whether it’s learning to count with colorful characters or discovering the power of kindness through philanthropy-based lessons, the curriculum is developed with the whole child in mind.
A Curriculum That Makes Learning Fun
One of the aspects that makes The Learning Experience truly unique is its proprietary L.E.A.P.® (Learning Experience Academic Program) curriculum. Created by TLE's early childhood education experts and rooted in play-based learning, L.E.A.P.® helps children progress across key developmental milestones through hands-on exploration and engaging activities.
They also offer enrichment programs—at no additional cost—that include music, physical fitness, and engineering!
Safety, Cleanliness, and Communication You Can Count On
Parents can feel confident knowing their children are in a safe environment every day. The Learning Experience center features advanced safety protocols, including secure entry and rigorous health and cleanliness standards.
Communication is also a priority. Through TLE’s Bubbles and Friends app, families will receive real-time updates and photos, ensuring they stay connected to their child’s development and daily experiences—even while they’re at work.
A Welcoming Experience for Families
TLE’s partnership with parents is paramount. From the first tour to a child’s graduation, the team is committed to working directly with families to ensure every child receives the support they need to flourish.
Whether you’re a first-time parent or enrolling your third little learner, you’ll experience a level of care, communication, and curriculum that truly sets The Learning Experience apart.

The Osceola Chamber will host our 101st Annual Meeting on February 7, 2026 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Every year at this event, attendees look forward to learning who will take home our major awards, including the Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award and the Guillermo Hansen Unity Award. We are now accepting applications for both awards through January 5, 2026.
The Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award is named after Linda Goodwin-Nichols of Goodwin Realty & Associates, two-time Chairman of The Osceola Chamber Board of Directors and a stalwart of Osceola’s Business Community for over 40 years. Throughout her career, Linda has epitomized community involvement and giving back selflessly, and this award honors an individual who will carry on her legacy. Recent past winners include Kelly Trace, Larry Walter, and Rev. Mary Downey. Click on the link above to nominate deserving individuals for this award.
To recognize the importance of the Chamber’s core values of “Embracing Heritage,” “Creating Opportunity,” and “Building Unity,” and our partners who promote them, in January of 2018 Chairman Tim Finkenbinder announced the creation of an award to emphasize these values – particularly “Building Unity.” In 2024 the award was renamed the "Guillermo Hansen Unity Award" to honor inaugural winner Guillermo "Bill" Hansen, owner and editor of El Osceola Star Newspaper. Guillermo was a longtime Chamber member who was also a community leader known for building bridges among the diverse populations of Osceola County. Click on the link above to nominate deserving individuals for this award.
Nominees will receive an application to complete and winners will be chosen by a panel of judges. The top three finalists for each award will be announced ahead of The Osceola Chamber’s Annual Meeting on February 7, 2026 and the award recipients will be revealed at the event.
