Xelayris Martinez (“Xely” ) was born and raised in Isabela, Puerto Rico, and has now found her second home in Kissimmee, Florida. Xely is a proud alumna of the University of Central Florida. She serves as the Government Advocacy Coordinator for the Osceola Chamber. In her capacity, Xely will attend governmental related meetings around Osceola County to ensure effective communication and representation of the Chamber. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling.
